| Running Visit |
| "I recently visited Havelock Primary School in Southall to watch a cross country training session and deliver an assembly. I had a great time; the children were brilliant and showed some real potential. |
But what impressed me most came as a wonderful surprise at the end of the day when they presented me with 2 big boxes of kit they’d collected to donate to our ‘Kit for Sudan’ appeal. But that wasn’t all: they had also written letters to the children in Sudan encouraging them to pursue their dreams. |
| Here’s a snippet from one such letter, “whatever you want to be, GO FOR IT and you will never regret it. AIM HIGH”. It never ceases to amaze me how much you can learn from children. |
| So thank you Havelock Primary for a lovely afternoon. It was great to meet such enthusiastic and kind people. I look forward to hearing of your successes in the future." |
